We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your FrostFlow Turbo Ice Cooling Fan to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused
- In the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and return address.
Items sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately at:

We'll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted if the item:
- Has been used
- Is damaged due to improper use
- Is missing its original packaging or accessories
If you have any questions regarding your return eligibility, please contact us before sending the item back.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a replacement, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The returned item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.
